Copy MSCOMCTL.OCX to folder C:WindowsSysWOW64

Press Window and search for cmd

Right Click to run with Administrator with the command: %systemroot%SysWoW64regsvr32 C:WindowsSysWOW64MSCOMCTL.OCX

Restart the installation!
